Givre et Coing results from an assembly of three varieties of apples and provencal quince.

Juce reduced by cryo-concentration are then fermented to obtain a balance of 10% alcohol and 180 g residual sugars.

The roundness and sweetness of apples combine with the tangy flavors of quince to offer you beautiful gourmet surprise, especially in company of mature cheeses.
